Inspired by the legendary concept of the island from Russian fairy tales, this namesake restaurant offers the uniqueness of its interior atmosphere and the detailed authenticity of its food philosophy. Buyan aims to be a socially-conscious food enterprise by serving caviar only from farmed sturgeon and not sourcing meats from protected wildlife. The wild boar and wild geese species served at Buyan are also farmed varieties.
