In 2004 Gerry and Lisa had the idea to open there own restaurant in their new home town of Sydney, and then in March their dream became a reality and they opened the doors on 11th March. From the humble beginnings of a bankrupt business they slowly grew into a successful restaurant serving between 500 and 600 people per week.
Our restaurants offer a variety of the separate dining areas. The use of soft lighting creates an intimate atmosphere and provides you with warm surrounding reminiscent of Austria, and soft “Volks Musik” in the background, just add to the ambiance. Talking between tables is a nightly occurrence leading to a fun evening and perhaps new friends.
