We are the original affiliate of the Inland Valley. We have been affiliated since 2007 and have been constantly growing and expanding, not only our facility, but our knowledge and expertise as well.
However, because no two gyms are alike, and because we believe in the importance of community, we recommend for people to check out other gyms and see if they are right for you.
Some gyms may omit common modalities such as olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or even running. Some use only bodyweight exercises or kettlebells. There are also many differences in training styles and methods. We show you what to do, teach you how to do it, and explain why you are doing it. You will constantly learn new skills and improve techniques that will help advance your fitness.
So, once again, gyms are similar, but can be vastly different. It depends on what fits you best and what your goals are. Either way, we are stoked that you found us no matter where you are doing it. When done correctly there is no doubt, it is the best strength and conditioning program on the planet.
