We aim to bring a little bit of Italy to Hayes and have tried to give you something different. We are not a restaurant but an Osteria which means a place serving simple food and wine. Menus are short but carefully chosen and a lot of time and effort goes into sourcing all of our produce.
We have carefully chosen what we think are the best Italian charcuterie and cheeses you can buy. All are from small Artisan producers and farmers in and around northern Italy. They are all a far cry from even the best supermarket produce. We have also been very careful to price our products reasonably and we welcome you to try before you buy!
The person behind the menu is Hayley Bellenie who has been
a private chef for around 15 years, working with many high profile VIPs and large events across Europe. Her passion for Italy was found when she started working for La Villa hotel, set in the heart of Piemonte world renound for wines, food and truffles. Hayley spent 2 years learning as much as she could about the foods and wines of the region and then wanted to share her passion to people back home.
