News feed - A complete list of activities currently going on in the business. Presented in the style of a social media feed, making it easy to stay in the loop.
Calendar - Your typical calendar feature to track events & appointments
Call Log - Ability to view past logged calls from the CRM, but also includes click-to-call capabilities, and can even detect incoming phone calls and prompt you to log them afterwards.
Tasks - Easily manage all of the tasks you need to perform, or need to assign to other employees. Tasks are stored separately from your calendar events, allowing easy prioritization.
Follow Ups - Very similar to the calendar feature, a follow up is a great way to quickly set a reminder to contact sometime on a certain day.
Emails - Built in IMAP email integration, automatically view an email history with any contact in the system, and even send emails out directly from your mobile app.
Leads - Quickly take down the details of a new prospect and add them to the leads app, then set an activity, and never miss another follow up.
Opportunities - Manage your sales pipeline on the go. Track every potential business deal you have on the table, and focus on the deals that will have the biggest impact to your bottom line.
Contacts - Every person you interact with can be stored in a central database of contacts, along with their complete communication history and other basic details. Choose exactly what details you want to store about each contact in the web app.
Customers - Keep track of existing customers, and if they are businesses, the list of contacts that you have working for that customer. Every action you take can link back to this app, so you get a true 360 degree view of all activities for any customer.
