Only registered users of the distributor portal will be able to login to the app with their valid credentials. Indent (Order) management solution app will have the following features:
1. Customer Management: Customer management enables the users to perform customer search and view customer details. Customer details include their organization details, account details and location address details.
2. Indent Management: Enables the users to raise indent (order) for their organization or on behalf of their customers and manage the indents. CBD and Distributor user will be able to raise indents on behalf of their customers as well. As a part of Indent management, users will also be able to search for indents which has been placed for any customer/location. Location refers to the site locations of the customer organization. When any user is raising any indent for his/her organization or on behalf of his/her customer, it implies that the indent has been raised for a particular location (site) of that organization. Site locations are the locations where CBD’s coffee vending machines are being installed.
Entire Indent Management functionality in the app will allow the users to raise indent for their own organization or on behalf of their customer/distributor, search and view indents which has been raised for all the locations associated with any organization. User will also be able to cancel indents which has been raised for any locations.
