You need to execute few easy steps to configure PickOrder app as per your business needs for order collection and billing purpose.
STEP 1 -
After installation, Please select "Configuration" option to add basic business information like name, email address, business id etc from configuration panel. This information gets printed on Invoice, emails and SMS.
STEP 2 -
Create new product groups using "Add Group" menu option.
You may choose to import groups directly from cloud server.
-> Select “Connect Cloud”
-> Pick a sample user from the list of sample user accounts.
-> Login with given userid and password.
-> Click on “Product Group” menu.
-> Select Groups from table and press import button on top right of the table.
-> Wait for few seconds to complete import.
STEP 3 -
Add product and prices for different groups.
To import product list from cloud server, You would need to follow similar steps are given in STEP 2.
Only change is to select “Product” menu rather “Product group”.
STEP 4 -
Now app ready to go for billing :-).
-> It is not an inventory management app. It keeps orders/transactions to track your business statistics. User may synchronize accounting information further to his formal accounting software.
-> Part payment is partially supported. We are currently working on this feature. This feature would be released soon in our upcoming releases.
PickOrder app is designed for four different usage.

3. Generate on-line/off-line bills..

PickOrder helps to generate outdoor bills/cash-memos/donations through configured pocket printers. Printer related details are available on our website. It works off line and on-line mode both. By default stores all information locally in device data base and user can synchronize data with common global server. For centralized global server, you would need to register for a member account. Drop us a mail for your personal business account.
To facilitate data porting, App is cable to generate comma separated file for all transactions which is stored in device database.
