My psychotherapeutic treatment approach is holistic - addressing mind, body, and spirit. It is also solution-focused and strength-based. My intention is to empower, enlighten, educate, and energize so that you believe you can and will be the person you were meant to be. I am here to help you find your way to insight, understanding, peace, contentment, meaning, and authenticity. We will meet and speak together in a calm, relaxing, safe, and comfortable setting.
My foundational therapeutic orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT); however, I also engage in other evidence-based practices including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Naikan Therapy.
