It is a platform for attendees to communicate and exchange their viewpoints and knowledge regarding business growth, investment and economic outcomes. Lately the Summit has become a medium for global business to enter the growing Asia Pacific markets.

The APCS is the place where all stakeholders of regional community should meet. Key city decision makers, business leaders, social entrepreneurs, young leaders and professionals, experts in their fields are welcomed, as Summit participants deal with regional challenges in an open and highly interactive manner.

The 2013 APCS will build upon the success of eight prior summits and is expected to attract over 1,000 delegates from over 100 global cities, and outstanding speakers of high international profile. We aim to discuss the city-state phenomenon and its relationship with the people, as well as strategies that accentuate positive mutual advantage and regenerate business opportunities between cities.

As an unique first, the 2013 APCS will be a green paperless convention featuring advanced Green-MICE technology and environment friendly goods and services.
