Customer with tablet in hand, will be able to review the menu in their own language and order their choice of delicacy easily receiving customer service with full table service. The orders will then be displayed in the control panel where restaurant staff is able to proceed with the order and print it from kitchen printers. The order from the guest is taken on a KOT pad which will be of triplicate copies where it establishes appropriate co-ordination between the kitchen & service personnel and provides accountability. It facilitates proper control system and helps to raise a bill for settlement. The distribution of KOT copies will be original copy to the kitchen, first copy to the cashier, second copy to the steward. The order is placed and dispensed when food is ready.
