There are two functions in the application: "Identify the client behavioural type" and "match the communication type" of the user and of the client.
Identify the client behavioural type:
People can be categorized in four, well-separable behavioural styles. These styles are easily identifiable if we know the behavioural marks, that define these styles. Sales professional enables you to easily and quickly identify these marks by asking dedicated questions about the client. After selecting one of the four possible answers, you will immediately get the main behavioural style of the client, a general description and additional instructions on how to handle this type.
Match the communication type (between user and client):
It is not enough to identify the behavioural style of the client, you also have to adapt your communication style suitable to this customer. Sales Professional helps you find the proper tone. You will get an individual "manual" customized for your client and yourself. Your behavioural & communication style will be taken into account as well.
