This is an application to be used to coordinate all aspects of meetings and conferences held by All Sports United. All Sports United hosts a number of events throughout the United States each year.
This application is for use by planners and coordinators of the meetings and events, attendees of the meetings and events and their personnel, and staff and services providers at meeting/event locations. It contains an interactive schedule of activities, a map with custom map markers linking to the schedule, a list of event attendees, an interactive messaging system, a gallery, and a tasking tool, all of which currently reflect content for the next off-site gathering and will be updated and maintained for future events by AllSports United.
This is based on the already active SmartCrowdz application. All event pages within the application will be open to the public.
