I am a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription & instruction. I will motivate my clients by setting goals, providing feedback and accountability to them. I will also measure my client's strengths & weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise. I will also keep my clients up to date in many aspects of wellness besides exercise. Including general health; and nutrition guidelines.
As a qualified personal trainer, I will always ensure that health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times. I will also take into account any medical conditions or injuries that my client may have or maybe experiencing. In some cases i may have to refer my client to a health professional for prior clearance.
