The core audience of this application are
- Small/Medium size business users to keep track of their lending (goods/money) and payments
- Individual users sharing expenses with friends
- Treasurer for non profit organizations, sports teams, community events
- Friends/Colleagues managing common expenses in group (lottery pool, events etc.)
- Individual customers who traditionally do transactions on credit for month and settle the amounts usually once a month (such as Grocery, laundry expenses etc.). This will allow them to keep easy track of what they have paid and received.
You can easily add a new contact/client either from the phone book or by typing it. To add a new client simply click the contact icon at the top-right hand side corner of the application
Main page of the application shows the overall sum of money you need to receive or you owe as well as total of transactions for each contact.
A new transaction can be added for each contact/client by clicking the (+) button from the main page.
All transactions for a particular contact can be reviewed by clicking the total amount against the contact from the main page.
Upcoming versions of this application will have following additional features:
1. Strike out the transactions which are entered by mistake
2. Edit the transactions
3. Send SMS/Whatsapp message to your contact for payment reminders as well as when a new entry is made for them in your account (both debit and credit)
4. Reporting features to select and view transactions for a particular date range.
