The OTRS iPhone App provides anytime and anywhere access to all your tickets within OTRS Help Desk (iphone Handle needs to be installed) and will allow you to:
- check the queues you are assigned to
- check escalated tickets
- check tickets that are locked to you
- check tickets on your watchlist
- create new phone tickets
- create articles or add notes to existing tickets
- answer on tickets via email
- close tickets with an additional notecheck
You will need the iPhoneHandle installed on your OTRS installation.
