FirstService InterAct allows field technicians to easily review, create and update internal work orders. WOM will allow them to update a work orders status, the steps taken to remedy and record contact info with the property. The ability to attach photos on the fly to a work order will eliminate the need to connect to a workstation also. No longer will technicians need to use a pc to plan their day, all the information will be right there on their mobile device!
