Mobile Manager (mManager) is an integrated app that provides business managers, directors, and executives the ability to track and retrieve information on projects, schedules, staff, tasks, deadlines, time, expenses, paid time off, and travel details while away from their office or traveling on business. mManager provides multiple integrated functions that eliminate the need for many separate single purpose apps.
Mobile Manager includes features for tracking and retrieving information on:
-Projects, including details of each project and organization
-Schedules, in an easy to read format for quickly viewing assignments
-Staff, for recording and retrieving key information about the staff managed
-Time, including the ability to email CSV files for integration into timesheet spreadsheets or applications
-Expenses, including the ability to email CSV files for expense reporting
-Deadlines, including simple views of upcoming milestones
-Training/Continuing Professional Education (CPE), including details of each training class for reporting
-Time Off – to track days and time taken off work for vacations, illness, etc.
-Travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation details
-Travel Reward Programs, to quickly find frequent flyer, hotel, and rental card reward program numbers and link to the reward websites
mManager is a stand-alone integrated iPhone app that does not require Wi-Fi or 3G access (except for email, maps, and web links). Also, mManager does not require registering with any website or sign-ups of any kind.
