iFix can be viewed in Landscape Mode or Portrait Mode, however we prefer Landscape Mode.

iFix is search driven. While nearly every text field is searchable, you will find that the following types of searches are the most useful for us.
Searching for a client; once a client has been found, everything you could want to know about them, their service history, their machines, or the service history of any particular machine is immediately available.
Searching by repair status - see which SROs are still on the bench, waiting for attention, or parts, etc.
See what came in on any particular day or date
