Target Helpdesk now allows you to access your helpdesk from anywhere using your iPhone. Use your iPhone to review and update your tickets on-the-go.

Do everything you need to do when out and about. Check on new tickets, update the status, review the notes, send an email using a template. Search for tickets and quickly pull up requestor contact details, phone numbers and email them right from a ticket. Do it all, just as though you are sat at your Target Helpdesk desktop!
