The UKs largest, independently owned office services company, Commercial Group, has further enhanced its bespoke B2B e-commerce solution, Sprint, with a dedicated iPhone and iPad App.
To be used exclusively by the company’s Office Supplies customers, the App is controlled through customer specific login details provided by Commercial’s customer support team.
The App, the first of its kind in Europe, enables Commercial Office Supplies customers to:

•Significantly reduce administration time
•Access accounts on the move
•Benefit from complete stock control anytime, anywhere
•Have greater flexibility in the way orders are placed
•View and search recent orders placed with Commercial
•Search and add items to basket using barcode scan (using the device's built in camera)
•Browse the entire product catalogue range
•Read full product details and view images
•Process your basket and have your order confirmed and placed on your secure account
The launch of the Commercial iPhone/iPad App coincides with the company releasing the latest version of its e-commerce solution. Following a substantial financial investment, Sprint continues to lead the office supplies market in terms of harnessing state of the art technology in a bid to streamline process, reduce and control cost and manage procurement more effectively.
How it works
Available on all iOS devices, the Commercial App allows customers to scan the unique bar codes that are now present on all of Commercial’s 20,000 products.
The item and desired quantity is then added to the customer’s basket and included in their next delivery.
