The Radix app contains three applications: SALES and SERVICE.
With the Sales App, salespersons have all the information they need to sell. In clear lists you can select or search customers.
From the overview of the products, you pick articles and put them in the basket. Quantities are increased or decreased with + / - picker.
Product search goes for description or code. Filter functions allow searching for product categories, sales promotions, and topselling products.
The items selected in the basket are transmitted as order to the back office.
Customer information gives salespersons a full overview of orders, delivery notes and invoices for any single customer. Document status is shown with different colors. Document open, partially delivered, fully delivered, invoice due or overdue.
Salespersons register visit reports for any single customer. The visit reports are transmitted to the back officeand can be evaluated daily.
The service app is the tool for service technicians. Technicians receive all the information necessary for field service, technical description, serial number, maintenance history.
Technicians records his journey times and operating times for the ticket.
Necessary replacements can be registered and are automatically booked out from the CarKit.
The ticket will be completed with additional information for billing or informations required for additional visits. Ticketreport can be forwardet by e-mail or fax to the customer.
The app connects in demo mode with the RADIX Datacenter version.
