uSalesman is an application which manages safely and effectively the flow of information between the company and its network of sales agents.
Sales agents have access to an electronic catalog, and thanks to an effective search system, they will not need to browse the printed catalog when looking for a specific item.
Each product has attached files including brochures, projects, technical and safety information, as well as promotional videos.
Items purchased by each client and the prices applied are always available. Retail and client prices are always available as well as the stock level.
Customer information (and suppliers) are always easily accessible. The user can quickly and easily verify pending or partially processed orders, status of payments, unpaid invoices and outstanding payments, and the “frozen” clients due to unpaid orders.
Client accounts are always up to date without having to send email or faxes. The function “check out” with which to compile a quote or an order that can be "received" directly in the company management.
All the information remains within the company’s system and there is no need to use external agencies.
Sales agents can connect directly to the server for receiving updates or transmit documents. Communications are protected and optimised to reduce the time of synchronisation.
Sales agents can directly connect to the server to request information in real time (for instance stock control of a specific item or pictures of a product, which on the basis of settings, can be excluded from the automatic synchronisation)
The system set up is done in two stages: the configuration of uSalesman in the company’s server and the installation of uSalesmanin on each device.
