Because your busy life often takes you way beyond the four walls of your office, Responder goes way beyond standard “Out of Office” features with special enhancements like Favorites, a Global Footer, and Location-based Activation. It’s so responsive that after the initial setup, you truly don’t have to think about enabling/disabling it again, unless you just want to change your messages or settings.
Instant Status – See your current status set each time you open Responder.
Quickly update your status - Simply tap the sign on the home screen to set a quick out of office response or tap the sign to quickly turn off your out of office response.
Favorites - Keep multiple “out of office” messages organized and ready to use.
Global Footer - Create a footer that will automatically be applied to any out of office messages you create.
Status Flag - Instantly view, edit or cancel any pending or active Responders from the home screen by pulling down or tapping on the status flag.
Location-based Activation - Automatically enable your “out of office” when you leave a defined location, and even disable it when you return. When Responder updates your out of office response by a location update you will get a notification that Responder has updated your out of office.*
Geo-Fence Perimeter - Four levels of geo-fence perimeter give you flexibility on how and when your “out of office” becomes enabled.
Scheduling - Automatically enable/disable your “out of office” on the dates and times you choose.
