APE Mobile makes it easy for teams to do paperwork from site. It uses your existing Word templates so it's simple to set up. It also captures the site data creating a live database ready for integration to your business systems.

It uses your Word Documents…so you keep the same paperwork as today, but with the full benefit of mobility

Simply enter the information on an iPad and let APE Mobile create PDFs based on your word documents. You can send it right there from site.

The native iPad app works offline, automatically re-syncing when back online.

It includes complicated workflows such as capturing responses to RFIs (request for information) and creating Defects from existing paperwork, as well as formulas and complex tables for productivity, safety and operations forms.

You don’t have to be onsite to use APE Mobile. The web interface gives you access to all site documentation in real time. You can even edit, create and send documents.

APE Mobile lets you annotate / markup drawings, and share them with other users or insert them into your memos, forms or defects.

Original drawings are always preserved, with your annotations / markups being saved to the project as layers on the drawing.

Users can share their markups, combine multiple markups, and take snapshots of them for sharing externally.

APE Mobile lets you run reports based on the any information stored in the database. Reports can be in the form of PDFs or as exports for use in other systems.

Each project includes a newsfeed, making it really easy to see whats happening on your project. In a glance you can catch up with progress and check for any important issues needing your attention.
