The Homecare Leads Board app is for Group Distributors of Homecare Direct Shopping to view and respond to enquiries made by potential distributors.
The Leads Board app provides Group Distributors notifications of newly added leads thereby allowing the fastest possible response to lead enquiries. Having this app available to you at your fingertips while on the go will allow you to respond to leads at any time and place.
Just like the website version which you may have used previously, you are able to filter the leads according to:
- Distance: the radius of leads shown, this will override the distance set on the support centre leads board.
- Days old: is the number of days since the lead made their enquiry.
- Accepted Leads: will show you the leads which you have already accepted.
- Other States: will show you leads from interstate locations.
The app gives you two different view options. Leads can either be displayed as a chronological list or plotted on a map. The list item or map pin can be clicked to show additional details about the lead and the ability to then call the lead directly from the app.
