Avaya Context Services - Customer Feedback Edition enables Avaya customers to experience our latest innovations. This release extends the Avaya Flare® Experience for iPad to include rich contextual services.
Avaya Flare® Experience is Avaya’s next generation user interface that turns your iPad into a collaboration powerhouse. This fun and easy to use application extends the capabilities of your Avaya Aura® Communications environment directly to your iPad. Stay connected to your enterprise while on the go with features that support audio and web based collaboration (video coming soon in future release). Make calls, send an IM, or let people know your status and availability. The Flare Experience goes beyond Flare Communicator to provide rich collaboration tools such as multiparty audio conferencing and web collaboration.
****Requires access to an Avaya Aura® Environment: Avaya Aura® Session Manager 6.2, Communication Manager 6.2, Presence Server 6.1, Session Manager 6.1 and Avaya Aura® Conferencing 7.0. This application is only supported in Avaya environments where the client can access Avaya configuration services. Please request configuration parameters from your IT administrator. ****

-Enable your iPad for mobile voice communications anywhere you have access to WiFi or 3G network
-Using your cellular or Wi-Fi data channels as well as taking advantage of your enterprise dial plan promotes savings
-Stay connected to your enterprise and make better, faster decisions
Avaya recommends that only headphones or headsets that offer Acoustic Shock Protection be used with the Avaya Flare® Experience application in conjunction with the iPad (Such as the Jabra Supreme or the Plantronics Voyager Pro).
