Genesys Care mobile application enables entitled Genesys Customer Care users to view and update Cases opened with Genesys Customer Care, receive push notifications about Case updates, view Case Owners' status in real-time and make Case-related phone calls into Genesys Customer Care centers.

Requires data connection, registration with Genesys Care and valid entitlement.
