Digia SmartTab Sales is a mobile CRM and sales application for Digia Enterprise ERP. With the application, the user can access ERP system data and transaction information in real time. The application is targeted at mobile workers who interact with customers and do product demonstrations (e.g. salespersons and sales managers) .
Application features include:
- Search, view, and manage customer information
- View customer order and offer history
- Manage incomplete orders and offers
- Search, view, and manage task information
- Search and view product information
- Create and view orders and offers
- View locations on a map
- Support for language versioning (the basic version includes Finnish, Swedish, and English)
The application also supports offline use . Offline use requires the user to upload needed information to the device when connected to the ERP system through the network. Data modified or created in offline mode can be uploaded to the ERP system after the network connection is restored. Offline use does not support order and offer history or map features.
To use the SmartTab Sales application with your own Digia Enterprise ERP application , you must be running a compatible version as your back-end system . Please contact Digia to confirm compatibility.
The application can be used and tested in demo mode. Demo mode does not require connection to a back-end system.
