VINspect - Mobile Vehicle Inspection Interface.
Like other application services WRSG has developed, VINspect includes disconnected mobile components, an online interface, as well as the ability to integrate with CIECA-compliant third-party or other custom secure online management interfaces.
Those familiar with some of WRSG’s previous vehicle inspection applications will notice that we have re-engineered and steam-lined the Vehicle Inspection process. The new process includes a touch-based flat-car interface for performing the vehicle repair inspection. VINspect allows the inspection process to begin by providing vehicle details (VIN look-up) or by collecting customer information. Customer Details can be recalled for new inspections, allowing previously used customer data to be added to a new inspection in a single step. Repair pricing is managed in a controlled matrix and may be manually adjusted at the time of the inspection. An Estimate can be generated from the inspection details and e-mailed or faxed to the customer for review. Invoices can also be generated and e-mailed or faxed to customers following work completion. WRSG has also integrated a key add-on service feature which will allow Part Details to be added to a Vehicle Inspection driven by the VIN of the vehicle being inspected. A simple secure online management interface is provided at the Professional and Enterprise service levels for managing business settings; reviewing quotes and completed work.
While the current version requires Internet connectivity to take advantage of all functionality, a fully disconnected interface will be available on iOS in the near future.
