Atendra is a complete service for the event promotion and event social network interaction.
Atendra’s goals are to connect people at events (attendees among themselves, attendees and exhibitors/organizers) and to provide all the necessary information about relevant events at one place.
We all go to many different events: conferences, trade shows, festivals, exhibitions… We are attracted by the events’ program and we want to meet people that share the same interest. The second reason is often the only reason most of us attend events, yet currently there is no easy way to connect with the right people at a busy event. We might talk to some exhibitors or presenters, yet finding another like-minded attendee is a usually a matter of luck. Exhibitors and organizers have a similar communication problem, since they have very limited feedback from visitors.
Event though some of the events have their own custom application, they are very limited in terms of the users’ engagement and feedback. Especially knowing that those “throwaway” application get installed immediately before an event and deleted immediately after, hence not allowing for continues communication between the organizers and the attendees in between events. In addition, the custom application rarely offer any event specific way of social interaction.
