The eService mobile application is explicitly for existing maintenance customers with active eService accounts. If you are an Otis maintenance customer without an eService account please contact your local Otis account representative today. All eService accounts are included with your maintenance contract. The new eService mobile application provides Otis maintenance customers with the familiar and easy to use access to eService while enhancing the ability to quickly contact Otis directly from your iPhone. Otis eService software supports IOS 5.0 and higher mobile devices.
