The iSignIn™ system consists of a native iOS iPad application and a cloud based Enterprise Data Service (EDS) system. The iPad app runs on all of the iPad models that are currently supported by Apple:

The iSignIn app can replace the need to use paper sign in sheets, eliminating mistakes or illegible writing and allowing Attendees to verify their information. The app can help save the time associated with re-entering the information following the event by linking directly to client’s database while automatically storing all data in a private cloud.
The system is designed to let the iPad user download all of the meetings that are assigned to them to their iPad. The meeting information includes all of the attendees that are assigned to the meeting. The meeting attendees can then be checked in at the meeting site. The user selects the attendee from the attendee list by tapping on the attendee name and the attendee check in screen allows the user to verify the attendee information and has a signature capture box that the attendee can sign. If any attendee information requires editing, it can be done from this screen as well.
Once the attendee has been checked in, the data is uploaded to the EDS database. The EDS stores all of the data uploaded from the iPad devices. The EDS also manages importing and exporting external meeting and attendee data from third party systems. It is the mechanism for getting the meeting data to and from the iPads.
