SybizLeave is a free Employee Self Service Application for payroll that allows employees to request & manage their leave applications/requests and view Leave Accrual balance information.
This application communicates via a web service with the Sybiz Visipay Payroll application & database.
With no need for paperwork, employees can request leave & as needed re-visit the app to download the status of their leave requests & view up to date leave accrual balance information.
If the employee does not have access to a data or wireless network, SybizLeave can work off-line until the data connection is available.
So the employee can be sitting on a plane for example in off-line mode, planning & entering their leave schedule into the App for any number of occurrences. When a data connection becomes available the user can upload/synchronise their requests with the company database.
SybizLeave requires the Sybiz Visipay desktop application (Australia only) installed with the associated web service exposed for access & communication with this app.
Support for SSL configuration on head office web service.
Ability for mangers/employees with appropriate rights to Approve Leave requests from employees in the pay group they are responsible for.
Note that you must be have Sybiz Visipay 13.10 at Head Office with the latest accompanying web service provided with that version installed & running.
This allows SybizLeave v1.4 app to communicate with the web service correctly.
