CSC is a secure and interactive application that provides a single point of reference where both you our customers and Capgemini support staff oversee the initiation, management, and resolution of services. Both Internal and External users use CSC on a day-to-day basis to perform multiple tasks, including “creating Service Request Tickets”, "creating Change Control Tickets", “updating tickets”, "approving Change Control tickets", and more. CSC is a cornerstone application for running hosting business efficiently and interacting with external clients. This mobile app provides an on the go interface into this resource.
