ACER's Research Conference is the annual research conference in Australian education, as it brings together the latest national and international research into specific areas of educational policy and practice.
Ensuring that every learner is engaged in challenging learning opportunities appropriate to their readiness and needs is a key goal for all early years and school educators, and achieving that goal requires a focus on both quality and equity.
Research Conference 2014 addresses:
· highly effective pedagogies
· policies and practices that improve learning for all learners
· the link between high expectations and high performance
· what PISA, TIMSS and PIRLS, and NAPLAN data tell us about learning outcomes.
