Get the Invoice Portal app for your iPhone or iPad to track your invoices issued to the Northern Territory Government, Australia. All you need to track is your invoice number and date and in some circumstances your ABN. One of four status will be returned:
1. Received and sent to the NT Government Organisation for processing
Your invoice has been successfully received and sent to the appropriate business unit to verify.
2. Awaiting NT Government Organisation Approval
Your invoice has been verified and is awaiting final payment approval.
3. Scheduled for Payment on DD/MM/YYYY
Your invoice payment has been approved and scheduled to be paid on the date displayed.
4. Paid on DD/MM/YYYY. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a further one or two business days for EFT payments to appear in your account
