The features of this app provide integral resources to help anyone; from insurance companies and commercial businesses, to the home owner. Incident Report Form
o Users have the ability to submit incident reports directly to DKI Canada for immediate service. If an incident occurs, the user can simply fill out a short form and hit the submit button, and the loss is immediately directed to the nearest DKI Canada member for assistance. The user will even have the opportunity to submit incident photos, taken directly from their smartphone, along with the loss report for enhanced reporting.
o Locate DKI Canada members across Canada either by GPS location, or by a City/Postal Code search.
This simplified digital map illustrates member location points and provides key contact information of all members for easy access.
Users can save their local member information to their in-app contact list for instant access at a later date.
Local Emergency Services
o Users are provided with crucial emergency services that are located within a 50km radius of them. Local Fire, Police, and Hospital services are listed, with all available contact information for each location. Provincial Poison Control and Telephone HealthCare numbers are also provided to ensure that all emergency services are covered.
o Users have the ability to save their local emergency service provider contact information into their in-app contact list for instant access at a later date.
My Emergency Contacts
o A customizable in-app contact list has been developed to assist the user with instant access to important contacts. The user will have the option of saving any relevant contact information that they encounter during their app experience directly to their personal quick-access contact list.
o Users can input their own custom contact numbers for emergency situations, allowing for a complete incident response contact list.
o This customized contact list will prove to be a very useful aide whenever an incident occurs. A contact “check-list” is developed to help the user ensure that all necessary parties are contacted during an incident.
