Almog's Next ERP/CRM mobile application provides online connection to Next CRM & Next ERP systems.
Using the application, all the employees of the company can do the follow actions:
•Retrieval and data entry.
•View customer's related information – purchased products, amounts, prices and dates of their purchase.
•View customer's profile, contacts and customer's activities.
•View open price quotes and their total amount.
•View quantity in stock item and drill down to view item's information.
•Create new price quote including using price lists.
•New customer order submission – create an order from scratch or duplicate an existing one, then send it by e-mail to a contacts list.
•Send an invoice copy to the customer.
•Display customer's balance, obligo and open invoices list. Show items list related to the invoice.
•Disable sales agent actions according to customer obligo – in case it's negative.
•Work with number of companies at the same time.
•Create new activities to customer.
•Display pictures of the company products.
