GForms® is a suite of tools designed for the modern energy company. The software is easy to use and enables multiple users to create, access, and manage pipe data instantaneously. Field and pipeline data is gathered and organized according to the specific needs of company managers. GForms® users can create reports with or without an internet connection, allowing for data collection in the most remote locations. By electronically facilitating the collection of field and pipeline data, the GForms® Suite connects company managers to the maintenance of pipeline records and efficiently communicates crucial information to all business interests.
Loading GForms® onto your business’s computers, tablets, and mobile devices establishes multi-platform data system and enables the digital processing of field inspection information about your facility. Information is collected and stored by the software application until the user uploads it to the system. That information can then be transferred to the GForms® Portal where it awaits review by pre-approved data managers.
The portal functions like a data repository, storing any and all reports which have been uploaded to the system. From here, they can then be reviewed and queried from an easy to use interface. The GForms® Portal contains a number of useful tools to graphically display your reports by various factors, including: company, date, discharge group, discharge, valve section, inspector, and approver. The GForms® Portal is also the central location for the Approver Interface – the first stop for reports once they have been uploaded. All forms are stored here until they are approved and accepted as complete.
