SIS-Mobile is used to access Service Wizard Solutions’ Service Information System (SIS). The innovative SIS system has been written from the ground up to take full advantage of the IOS operating system. SIS-Mobile gathers all operational data required in order to produce comprehensive up to the minute management reports on field activities.
All activity is synchronised with the centre, providing visibility of progress without the need for constant phone calls for updates and feedback.
Field staff have a clear view of their workload, with access to historic calls relating to each item of equipment and full parts listing.
Using the full range of benefits of the iPad, field staff have access to a wide range of supporting documentation, together with route planning, location services, messaging and many other productivity tools.
