Welcome to Audi Instant Feedback, the APP which helps Audi Approved Centre’s measure and improve the Service customer experience
Instant Feedback is a web based application which allows all service customers to complete a series of questions as part of the Service Handover Process taking less than 1 minute to complete.
Feedback is critical if customer service and retention is to be improved. Customer loyalty will be achieved by customers who are satisfied with the service they receive and in turn recommending your business to others. Instant Feedback is a way to obtain comments from potentially all your customers and give you a true measure of your customer satisfaction.
From the survey detail Centre’s are given Instant Feedback via email or text should the customer be less than extremely satisfied with the service they have received, outputs to the workshop team and Management reports ensure that everyone remains focused upon the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Please note that this APP is only open for approved Audi Centre’s who have subscribed to the Instant Feedback package of support.
This APP allows you to carry out the questionnaires in areas where no WiFi signal is available The results of the survey will be stored within the APP and then push the data to your Instant Feedback database when access to the web is restored.
To use this APP, simply download it and enter your tablet user name and password, the APP will be unlocked and you’ll have access to the tablet area of Instant Feedback to undertake the questionnaire remotely.
