JobSnaps improves on site inspection and reporting productivity by helping you manage, markup and share job site photos.
You can take photos, add descriptions, comments and markups then quickly produce detailed photo reports that can be immediately emailed from the job site. Snaps and associated information can also be dynamically shared with other team members by syncing with the JobSnaps cloud service.
You can take a photo, select from your camera roll, take a map snap to show the current location or snap reference documents including plans, drawings, specifications and other documents.
Markup tools are provided to add sketches, dimensions, text, symbols and sub photos and map locations to your snaps. For example, you might take a snap of a plan and then add multiple photos on the plan snap to illustrate quality issues.
Each snap is automatically stamped with the date and time and you can add descriptions, comments, a priority and #tags for display and report filtering. The location of the snap is also automatically stored and you can set default descriptions and #tags to improve capture efficiency.
You can quickly produce photo reports. Using #tag filtering you can specify which snaps are included and you can also include a cover sheet and appendix documents to reports. Reports can be emailed directly from site as a PDF document or exported to other systems such as Word and Excel.
Snaps are managed in projects and folders with no limit to the number of projects and folders within each project. You can keep the entire team up to date by syncing folders using the optional JobSnaps cloud service with multi-user access across multiple devices and full control over user access to individual projects and folders.
By default projects and associated folders are private with a 100 snap limit and no JobSnaps cloud sync support. All other functions such as reporting are available with a private project, however one of the optional project upgrade options is required to increase the number of snaps supported and to enable JobSnaps cloud syncing between users.
An automatic notification service keeps the team up to date. Whenever snaps are added to a folder or a comment is added to a snap a notification is automatically sent to all users with access to the folder.
Dropbox linking is available to import your company logo, standard cover sheets and appendix documents as well as reference documents such as plans, drawings and specifications.
JobSnaps works where you do with local snap storage and off-line access.
