The ACH Care App has two areas – vacancies and whistle-blowing. The vacancies area enables users to check vacancies for service users within ACH’s residential and supported living services and provides updates on job vacancies at ACH. There is an option within this section of the App to request a call back from ACH.
The whistle-blowing area enables employees to raise any concerns they may have about ACH’s services. It also sets out the circumstances under which
workers who disclose information about malpractice at their workplace are protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998
The App will send details of the employee’s concern to the appropriate person at ACH, with a copy to the person raising the issue. Once the details have been submitted, information will also be displayed on what happens next, including contact details of the ACH personnel responsible for whistle-blowing issues and links to sources of further information.
