Trinity
Design for recruitment firm using IOS (iPad). Trinity will automatically optimize itself for both universal displays and retina displays to ensure text is easy to read. This app allows user to analyze, review candidate profile and assign work as per the user role.
This App consists of 3 different users Role
1.Accounts managers
2.Executives
3.Recruiters

All the above user roles have 4 distinct functions
1.Requisition
2.Submissions
3.Candidates Profile
4.Queries

1. Requisition
Requisition Section is to Create, Edit, Search and View requisitions as per the user roles.
Account Manager:
◆The user can View, Create and Edit Requisition
◆The user can create a new requisition, and send for approval to the executive.
◆If the user creates a requisition, he /she can edit the requisition at the submittal status. (New, Requested For Approval and Approved)
Executive:
◆The user can create new Requisition, Edit, View and Search Requisition details.
Recruiters:
◆The user can view Requisition details.

2. Submissions
Account Manager (AM):
◆The user can add submittals to a particular requisition only after a requisition has been approved by the executive. The user can add submittals to any “Approved” requisition.
◆Account manager have the following options: Backup, Save, Send for “Need More Info”, Submit, Reject, Withdraw, Schedule, Reschedule and Cancel Interview
Executive:
◆The Executive is as similar as account manager user. He / She will be having the same options apart from approve.
Recruiters:
◆Recruiters can add submissions to a particular requisition only after a requisition has been approved by the executive.
◆A recruiter has option to add submittals to a requisition not assigned to him and send for approval to the executive
Recruiters have the following options: Save, Request for Approval, Withdraw, Schedule, Reschedule and Cancel Interview. These options are not available for the submittals added by other recruiters.

3. Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile is a recruiter’s job to post or to find the matching profile as per the requirements provided by the account manager.
Account Manager:
◆The user can create and Edit resume or candidate profile as per the requirements.
Executive:
◆The user can create new profile, Edit and Search Profile details.
Recruiters:
◆The user can Create and Edit profile details.

4. Queries
Query Section is a feedback section which any user can provide additional need or a feedback about the candidate profile. Which any of the user can be viewed and reply on the same profile.

Dash Board or Home page: It consists of 3 parts. They are
◆Requisitions -- It contains requisitions of status “New”, “Requested for Approval”, “Approved” and “On Hold”.
◆Candidates -- It contains details of submissions for the requisitions assigned.
◆Queries -- It contains details of comments entered for the profile by the user.

Key futures:
◆Allows to manage recruitment team as per the user role
◆Selecting the particular Requisitions will display the entire details of the candidates profile, queries and recruiter details of the particular Requisition.
◆Selecting the particular Candidates will display the entire details of the Requisitions, candidates profile, queries, recruiter details and status of the candidate.
◆Selecting the query will display the entire details of the Requisitions, candidates and recruiter details of the profile and the query.
◆Add recruiter for a particular profile from the candidate profile
◆The management can remove or add a recruiter to the candidate profile
◆Getting standards as per the approval of the both employer and employee
