Drive Ups has been created for car dealerships that want to track the details of every customer - AKA 'Up' - that comes onto the floor.
The sales persons can log in and be placed into a queue to fairly assign Up's to sales persons. On the starting screen each sales person can see his/her position in the queue, and may create an Up once he/she is next. Once the sales person is first or next in the queue he/she will receive a push notification so they're immediately aware and ready to sell. The dealership admin may also manually assign or close any sales person's Up.
Each Up contains valuable information about the customer it pertains to, including: name, telephone, email, notes and exactly what services the sales person was able to provide the customer.
The admin's screen contains the current queue and the option to manually add or remove users from it, manually assign an Up to any sales person, view all currently open Ups, edit or close any past or current Ups, generate report data for each individual and add or edit users (sales persons).
At the end of the day the admin can load reporting data for the entire floor and see exactly how long each Up lasted, view them and edit them if necessary.
