IRMS Mobile Request is built upon its classic desktop predecessor, IRMS (Information Request Management System).
IRMS Mobile Request allows sales representatives and MSL's to create medical information request inquires directly in their classic IRMS system by using an iPad.
Using web services users will have the ability to search for up-to-date response documents and contacts.
Users will have the functionality to:
• Add and search contacts
• Add multiple questions
• Search and preview response documents
• Add notes
• Capture signatures
• Submit inquires
IRMS Mobile Request also has the ability to scan QR codes for the purpose of collecting contact information at conferences and events.
In order to use the app, the user must have an existing account in the classic IRMS version.
