JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manage Customer Equipment Mobile Tablet allows the field service engineers to search for and view characteristics for customer's equipment with the ability to update equipment information, add notes, add photos. Additionally they can update the equipment status and see core dates, view a map of the site, and see whether work orders are allowed or meter readings are required. Additionally, the tablet application allows the technician to view the PM backlog and repair history related to the equipment. They can also enter a current meter reading for any of the 6 equipment meters.
