• APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
Service Advisors and Administrators can easily create, edit, delete, or defer appointments from the VSS application. The administrator can also assign the appointments to any available Advisor.
• VEHICLE INFORMATION TRACKING
The VSS application provides an interface to add, update, and view vehicle information like registration number, mileage, seat position, temperature, etc.
• DAMAGE IDENTIFICATION
Identify the damages on the vehicle, upload pictures and videos of the damages, and even record the customer’s signature for these images.
• VEHICLE INSPECTION AND QUOTATION
VSS assists the Technician in identifying damages, making a list of changes required, and calculating quotes. Once the Technician completes the task, VSS automatically sends the quote to the Advisor for approval.
• CUSTOMER APPROVAL
With VSS, an Advisor can not only send a quotation to a customer and get his approval, he can also communicate the customer’s requirements and approval to the technician. The Email feature in VSS further ensures that the Advisor does not need any other application to complete the task.
• SERVICE JOBS TRACKING
For every quotation approved by the Advisor, a respective “job” is created automatically. When the Technician completes these jobs, the advisor will receive an automatic notification informing him that the car is ready for delivery.
• TEMPORARY VEHICLE REPLACEMENT
The Vehicle Replacement feature in VSS is a perfect solution to handing the release and return of Temporary Replacement Vehicles. With VSS, also makes sure that the cars are returned in their original condition.
• EMAIL INTEGRATION
The app is integrated with an email feature to allow the Advisor to send reports and invoices to the customer directly from the application.
• PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
When a service request requires the attention of a particular technician or advisor, the iPad in which the user is logged into will display a push notification, even if the application is only running in the background.
