The Ergon Energy Mobile application allows users to submit a self meter read or report a maintenance issue via their smart phone.
Using the self-read function, approved self-read customers can simply take a photo of their meter display and submit this to Ergon as a meter reading.
They can also record the location and description of maintenance issues with streetlights or poles and wires and submit details to Ergon Energy.
