The Exchange App is a suite of tools designed to help small business manage expenses and increase profits in three ways.
Request for quotation:
Many small businesses do not have the manpower to ensure they are getting the best value on goods that they rely on to make their business run. Most owners rely on a office manager to procure goods. Often these people do not spend enough time combing through websites or contacting competing vendors to extract the best price from them. With the exchange app, one can now do this with a few simple clicks from a smartphone. Once the contact and product data is exported or manually entered into the app, the user then simply chooses to send a RFQ to pre selected number of vendors. The vendors then receive a notice that a RFQ has been sent to them. They also know that the RFQ has been sent to their competitors. The result is a type of reverse auction in which they are now bidding for the business.
Auction Goods and Services:
The Exchange App allows users to auction goods now for a much lower cost. The app will accept photos or video of a product and will send out notifications to other members or non members that the product is for auction. A client simply uploads information about the product and sends notification to potential buyers with the press of a couple of buttons.
Media Management and Sharing:
This allows you to connect with the people you want to be connected with in the way you wish to connect with them. Once a member opens a room to share media with other members, only the members who are invited can enter the room. This allows a member to have a platform to share different media with different sectors of clientele or family.
